REFUND POLICY

 

No REFUND of merchandise will be processed without the prior authorization of the home office of Mountain Refined.  Contact customer service to receive a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and specified carrier for the refund.

RGA’s (Return Goods Authorization) will not be issued until the merchandise is ready for pick-up by the carrier.  Untimely delays in preparing the product for pick-up may void and cancel the return authorization and claim for repairs.

There will be no allowances made for transit damage, freight overcharge, or damage while in the possession of a dealer or dealer’s customer.

Any complaints contended to be factory defect must be reported to the home office of Mountain Refined within 15 days after receipt of merchandise.

Under no circumstances will Mountain Refined accept automatic customer charge backs.  The home office must first approve any charges for repairs.  Mountain Refined may ask for pictures showing the item in question and the original packaging.  They may also request estimates for local repairs in order to decide the best means of correcting the problem.  These requests must be honored to validate any problem warranties.

Mountain Refined reserves the right to first repair any defective merchandise.

Mountain Refined will work with the manufacturer, with their current warranty policy, regarding any damages.  We are bound by the manufactures warranty policies.  All warranties go through the original manufacturer.

No cancellations or changes will be accepted after the order is in production.

The acknowledged ship date is approximate and may vary from actual ship date.

We do not ship C.O.D.

Minimum shipping and handling charge on parts is $25
